The sales and delivery conditions below apply to all deliveries in connection with purchases at www.pro-Safe.dk

The conditions apply in the event that no other written agreements have been concluded between you as the buyer and Pro-Safe.dk

1) Documentation and guidance:

If there are product descriptions and user instructions for the item, these are included with the delivery from www.Pro-Safe.dk

If you want further information or advice from Pro-Safe, this is for guidance only. Pro-Safe guarantees that the goods meet the requirements for CE marking.

2) Delivery time and transport:

Delivery of goods from www.Pro-Safe.dk is deemed to have taken place when the consumer has received the goods. The shipment of stock items is done with GLS. Delivery time 1-5 working days.

3) The risk for the goods:

The risk for goods purchased at www.Pro-Safe.dk passes to you as a consumer at the time of delivery.

4) Complaint:

Any errors or deficiencies in delivery from www.Pro-Safe.dk must be claimed within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. It is your duty to indicate and, on request, show how the error or deficiency manifests itself. If you discover an error, you must immediately contact Pro-Safe.

As a rule, you can only complain about faults that become apparent no later than two years after you have received the item. For goods with a limited shelf life, your right of appeal is limited by the shelf life period that www.Pro-Safe.dk has given you.

5) Price and payment:

In this online store you can order your goods online and pay with Dankort and Mobilepay. All prices on Pro-Safe.dk include VAT.

Payment is only withdrawn from the card / account when the item has been dispatched from Pro-Safe, unless it is clearly stated that it is a prepayment / deposit.

6) Right of withdrawal:

www.Pro-Safe.dk naturally offers a 14-day right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive your goods.

You are obliged to return the item in essentially the same condition and quantity as it was received. You must bear the costs associated with returning the item yourself.
